Right of withdrawal
Information under the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG) for consumers who take out a paid Moneyflowr plan.
1. Your right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period runs from the day the contract is concluded, which is the day your paid plan is activated.
2. How to withdraw
Send us an unambiguous statement — a letter by post, an email, or the contact form. The withdrawal form below may be used but is not required. Sending the statement before the period ends is enough to meet the deadline.

3. Consequences of withdrawal
We refund every payment received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of being told you are withdrawing. The refund uses the same means of payment you used, and it costs you nothing.
If you asked us to start during the withdrawal period and then withdraw, you owe a proportionate amount for what was provided up to that point, measured against the full scope of the contract.
4. When the right ends early
A paid plan is a digital service. If you expressly ask us to start before the fourteen days are up, and confirm that you understand this ends your right of withdrawal, the right lapses once we activate the plan. We ask for both of these separately before activating anything, and you can decline both — the plan then simply starts after the fourteen days.
